Through vinyasa flow, we stoke the solar fire of the Manipura chakra, moving with purpose and grace to embody radiance, courage, and expansion.
As the practice deepens into stillness, ARRA’s soundscape envelops the space in waves of vibration and light — a living aurora of tone and presence.

This evening ceremony invites you to move, breathe, and receive — to burn away what is old, to rise renewed, and to remember the luminous thread that connects us all.

Invocation for AURORA

I call upon the fire that breathes the dawn,
the living light that rises within all things.
Through the dance of breath and flame,
may we awaken our inner aurora —
where movement becomes prayer,
and sound becomes sky.

In this sacred resonance, we remember —
we are the shimmer between worlds,
the song of renewal, the echo of light reborn.
