Flow to Restorative Yoga held in Ceremony with Rose and Cacao. Ceremony to honour life, relationships and new beginnings under the waxing crescent moon in Leo. Resting in the energy of the Anahata (Heart Chakra) with light activa of the Ajna (third eye Chakra) and Vishuddha (Throat Chakra).

Expect to come together with a gorgeous Rose and Cacao drink held in ceremony at the beginning of the session. Yoga Flow will follow that will move into deeply restful Restorative Yoga then Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Rest, Sound and Mantra to close the session.

Fay Rosamond has over ten years of experience in holding yoga, ceremony and sound.

Fay had a deep calling from the Rose since birth that has led her to combine the Rose into her lifelong embodied inquiry with existence.

Fay Rosamond is intertwined with the Rose Flower and rests within its frequency of cosmic love and divine soft exquisite beauty. The presence of the Rose rests within her delivery of workshops/ retreats and classes through energetics, vibration, consideration, and visualisation.

Cacao spirit has been present with Fay for many years. Fay has worked with Cacao to open her heart, clear the channel of the body, mind and heart to open to the dimension of spirit that resides within clarity of soul purpose, creativity and momentum. Cacao purifies the body and opens up the energetic space of the heart and voice, offering deep relaxation through the system of the body with a subtle depth of grounded presence.
