Honouring the Winter Solstice

Come and join us in the beautiful historic rooms of Ashton Court Mansion, surrounded by ancient trees, open parklands and the quiet beauty of winter. As the earth turns towards the darkest days of the year, nature invites us to draw our energy inwards, to rest, reflect and nourish the seeds of promise held quietly beneath the frost. Around our living Rose and Crystal altar, we will honour the beauty of the season, the wisdom of letting go and the gentle return of the light.
Together, we will weave the ancestral plant allies of Rose, Ceremonial Cacao and Blue Lotus with somatic-based Yoga for Women's Health, restorative rest and the subtle, beautiful sounds of creation and Hannah's Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. Our morning will close with Rose and Blue Lotus perfume anointing, a Flower, Water and Food Blessing, and a delicious Raw Cacao & Rose Cake lovingly created by Gabrielle of @gabrielleheartandhealth.

Fay Rosamond — Yoga • Movement • Ceremony
Fay is a senior yoga teacher, contemporary dancer and movement facilitator with over 12 years of teaching experience. Her work weaves together somatic movement, yoga, restorative practices, sacred plants and ritual, creating spaces for embodied exploration, deep nourishment and connection with the natural world.
Hannah Bedford — Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls • Sound
Hannah brings the subtle beauty and resonance of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls to our ceremonial gatherings, creating immersive soundscapes that invite deep listening, spaciousness and rest. Her work offers a gentle space for reflection, stillness and integration.
