A gentle unfolding across two lunar gatherings
designed to deepen embodiment, presence & inner connection.

Both gatherings unfold beneath the energy of the Gemini Moon — an invitation to move between worlds: mind and body, movement and stillness, inner reflection and outer expression. Symbolised by the celestial twins and ruled by Mercury, Gemini speaks to communication, curiosity, adaptability, and the many layers of our human nature. It reminds us that we are constantly in dialogue within ourselves — between thought and feeling, intellect and intuition, softness and strength.

These two lunar gatherings feel like reflections of one another — mirror points inviting us to soften inward and listen more deeply to the subtle language of the body. Through breath, movement, stillness, and awareness, we create space to quiet the racing mind and reconnect to the body’s innate intelligence and rhythm.

There is also something deeply beautiful about women gathering in this way — softening together, moving together, and holding space for one another through shared presence and openness. Within the container of the practice, a natural gentleness begins to unfold: a remembering of slowness, sensitivity, intuition, and the quiet strength that emerges when women feel safe enough to simply be. The space becomes not only restorative individually, but collectively — nurturing connection, softness, and a deeper sense of belonging within ourselves and each other.

This offering is deeply inspired by my lifelong enquiry into the moving body through years of training in Ballet, Contemporary Dance, and Movement Alchemy. Alongside this, Yoga has been a profoundly grounding and transformative practice for me — opening a stable and embodied pathway into deeper awareness, presence, and connection.

I now feel called to bring together the practices that continue to inform and support my work as a movement and yoga practitioner: Pilates, Somatics, gentle Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Philosophy, and Sound. Woven together, these practices offer a gentle yet integral approach to embodiment — cultivating suppleness, grounded strength, nervous system restoration, and a deeper relationship with the wisdom held within the body.

Alchemy of Body & Spirit

Transforming through breath, movement & inner fire

A deeper exploration into embodied flow and inner transformation.
Here, movement becomes ritual, sensation becomes medicine, and the body becomes a gateway into greater openness, vitality, and presence.

A space to soften, release, restore, and reconnect to the quiet wisdom held within.
