With Love, Gratitude & Return ✨

Teaching at World Yoga Festival last year was a true highlight of my journey — a meeting of hearts, devotion, and embodied practice in a field alive with prayer, sound, and sincere seeking. I am deeply honoured to be invited back for the festival’s 10-year anniversary, returning to a space that so beautifully holds yoga as a living, breathing way of life.

Founded in 2016 and hosted by The Arsha Kula Foundation, World Yoga Festival gathers a rare constellation of revered teachers, practitioners, and communities. Set within the stunning grounds of Henley Showground, it sits somewhere between retreat and festival — offering time to rest, connect, celebrate, and deepen into authentic traditions of yoga.

Adornment of the Soul

A Two-Part Vinyasa Ritual

This offering is a Vinyasa ritual devoted to the adornment of the soul — a remembrance of the body as a sacred vessel of beauty, grace, and divine order. Through internal vibration, tantric visualisation, and conscious breath, practitioners are invited to wear presence, radiance, and devotion from the inside out.

Rooted in tantric and Kundalini-informed practice, the journey unfolds through heart-opening postures, subtle backbending, gentle inversions, and refined awareness. Breath becomes the guide, allowing consciousness to rise organically through the subtle body — from grounding earthiness to luminous expansion. Each session concludes with a shared sound and gong immersion, supporting deep rest, nervous-system harmony, and integration through vibration.

These two interconnected classes explore sound as a living current within the body — restoring coherence, connection, and states of embodied bliss.

✧ Class One – Earth to Third Eye

Grounding · Awakening · Inner Perception

The first ritual begins at the roots — establishing stability, safety, and somatic presence. From the Earth upward, the practice gradually awakens subtle perception, guiding awareness toward the Third Eye.

Expect grounded Vinyasa sequences, slow-building heat, and meditative focus woven with breath and visualisation. This class cultivates clarity, intuition, and inner listening — laying the foundation for refined awareness and embodied insight.

The journey concludes with sound and gong, allowing the nervous system to settle while inner vision gently opens.

✧ Class Two – Heart to Crown

Devotion · Radiance · Subtle Bliss

The second ritual flows from the Heart to the Crown, inviting devotion, softness, and expanded presence. Heart-opening postures, gentle backbends, and subtle inversions create space for emotional release and luminous connection.

This practice explores the refinement of energy — allowing love, reverence, and beauty to rise naturally toward the Crown. Breath, sound, and visualisation guide practitioners into states of quiet bliss and spacious awareness.

The shared sound and gong journey seals the experience, harmonising body, mind, and spirit through vibration.

Together, these two practices form a complete arc — an adornment of the soul through movement, breath, sound, and sacred attention.
